How to train your thighs:

  • Step 1: Lie on your back on a yoga mat.
  • Step 2: Bend your knees to about a 45-degree angle. Your feet should be flat on the floor.
  • Step 3: Place the thigh toner between your inner thighs. The thigh toner should be positioned so that it looks like an upside down 'V'.
  • Step 4: Squeeze your thighs together. Even if the thigh toner only advances a few inches, you're still working your thigh muscles. Work on squeezing harder so that the thigh toner moves further inward over time.
  • Step 5: Perform 15 to 20 reps. To increase intensity, perform slow reps or pause at the top of the pressing motion during each rep.

How to train your arms and chest:

  • Step 1: Hold the handles of the thigh trainer with your hands and hold it in front of you. You can sit or stand.
  • Step 2: Make sure the toner is positioned correctly when you press it inward so that the center of the 'V' pushes outward rather than inward toward your chest.
  • Step 3: Squeeze the handles together while extending your elbows out to the sides.
  • Step 4: Perform 15 to 20 repetitions. This exercise trains your chest muscles.
