Not for quenching. (Water injection cooling during work, it can effectively extend the life of the drill bit, especially in case of continuous drilling).
HOW TO USE:
- Connect the drill bit to the drill.
- Use other tools to measure the diameter of the desired hole size.
- Select the appropriate size of step drill.
- Place the step drill correctly on the electric drill and finally point it at the position of the target hole, which is perpendicular to the workpiece.
- Start drilling to the desired size.
NOTE: Due to the outer diameter of each step, the drill is gradually increased, so the corresponding cutting resistance and linear speed are also gradually increased. The step drill is completely dependent on the chamfer, which is 1mm long. If the feed rate is too fast when drilling, it will be easily annealed by chamfer wear. Please apply downward force when drilling and do not press too hard to avoid the wear of the edge.
